    • Hyosung TNC is committed to protecting and supporting whistleblowers based on an ethical guidelines, the Code of Ethics and Conduct, human rights policies, and principles.
    • We protect whistleblowers by ensuring confidentiality, prohibiting any retaliatory actions, and offering indemnification to encourage reporting.
    • We do not disclose any information about whistleblowers without their consent and ensure the strict protection of whistleblower information concerning relevant stakeholders.
    • Individuals who cooperate with investigations through statements or by providing evidence during the verification process are equally protected and supported.
    • In case of any retaliation or adverse consequences resulting from whistleblowing, whistleblowers and related parties can request a corrective action and protection.
      The company pledges to take all necessary measures to minimize any adverse effects.
    • Individuals who voluntarily report their involvement in unlawful or unethical activities may receive leniency in disciplinary actions.

Handling Procedure

  • ① Receipt of report

    Reporting individuals can use the Reporting Center to report instances of misconduct, whether anonymously or with their real names. After receiving the report, a notification email regarding the report registration will be sent. Simultaneously, the Reporting Center official will have the ability to review the content of the report.

  • ② Report confirmation

    The Reporting Center official will assess the need for an investigation while adhering to the principle of protecting the reporting individual's identity. Subsequent audit processes will be undertaken in accordance with our company's investigation regulations. Before commencing the investigation, if it is determined that an investigation is unnecessary, a record stating the lack of need for an investigation, along with objective evidence, will be registered in the action history, and an explanatory email will be sent to the reporting individual. However, if an investigation is deemed necessary, the registration will indicate the progression of the investigation process, and an explanatory email will be sent to the reporting individual.

  • ③ Investigation and completion of investigation

    Upon securing objective evidence and taking appropriate actions to confirm the accuracy of the report content, an investigation plan will be established, and the investigation will proceed. The results of actions taken regarding the report will be registered in the Reporting Center. Past records, including real-name reports, anonymous reports, and action history statistics, can be reviewed.

  • ④ Conclusion and confirmation of handling results

    After completing the investigation, the report will be concluded in accordance with internal regulations. Real-name reporting individuals will receive a notification email to the email address they provided regarding the actions taken while anonymous reporting individuals can check the results through the "Check Anonymous Reports" page on the Reporting Center.
