    Hyosung aims to internalize its core values, the "Hyosung Way," and the associated "work attitude" among all employees so that they can practice it in their work. This is achieved through training programs tailored to executives, team leaders, and team members at different levels.

  • Onboarding Program

    Hyosung operates an onboarding program to help new employees quickly adapt to the organization and leverage their skills. The program is designed for new hires recruited through open recruitment, experienced employees joining through direct recruitment, and external executive hires. Hyosung will continue to manage and adapt the onboarding program to meet various demands, as the internal and external human resource management environment is rapidly changing.

New Employees

On-the-job Training (OJT) Program
  • Duration
    • The program runs for an approximately 6 months after the completion of Group/OC orientation and the placement of new employees in their respective departments (the duration may vary depending on the characteristics of each business unit).
  • Program Content
    • Mentor employees impart necessary job skills to new employees to facilitate for an early adaptation and empowerment.
  • Qualifications for Mentor Employees
    • Individuals who have worked in the department where new employees are placed for more than 3 years
    • Individuals with a strong understanding of the company as a whole and who have received an excellent work evaluations
    • Those who recommended by team leaders
    • During the initial 4 months of the program, a focused job-oriented education is conducted concurrently with work and learning.
    • The following 2 months involve reviewing processes related to their own and team-wide tasks to identify improvements for effective task performance and fostering basic competency for the respective job.

    Hyosung provides relevant education programs across the organization in alignment with the emphasis on sustainable management in the current business environment. We offer sustainable management training for employees, covering 7 areas, including the environment, ethics, safety/health, fair trade, human rights, and information security, in addition, sustainable management overview and legal obligation training.
