A benzene based aromatic diisocyanate, MDI is divided into three product categories
Polymeric MDI: Used in various applications including rigid foam, semi-rigid foam, and cases. Divided into different grades by viscosity to suit various purposes.
Monomeric MDI: Pure MDI created through high-purity refining. Used for spandex, TPU, synthetic leather, and various elastomers.
Modified MDI: Modified MDI is created by carbodiimidizing monomeric MDI, so it can maintain a low-viscosity liquid state at room temperature. It is easy to handle and improves foaming properties and formability when used in polyurethane foam.
Applications
Polymeric MDI : Refrigerators, construction panels, and spray foam
Monomeric MDI : Spandex, TPU, synthetic leather, and shoe soles
Modified MDI : Steering wheels, adhesives, and tracks
Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI) and Polypropylene Glycol (PPG)
TDI is a toluene based aromatic diisocyanate, and PPG is an ether polyol.
The urethane reaction of the two chemicals creates soft urethane foam, which is used in various applications such as furniture and bed interiors.

A polymer of tetrahydrofuran (THF), PTMG is a wax-like white solid that becomes a clear, colorless viscous liquid at temperatures above room temperature.
PTMG is used as a raw material for spandex, polyurethane resin, and elastomers and gives products excellent resistance to hydrolysis as well as low temperature retraction.

Purified Isophthalic Acid (PIA)
PIA is a colorless solid compound which is made out of the Metaxylene.
Its durability, processability, corrosion resistance is superior so it is used for PET bottle chips, Paints and Adhesives.
Applications
PET resin, heat-welded fiber, special paints, unsaturated resin, etc.
Neopentyl Glycol (NPG)
A compound that has a hydroxyl group (-OH) or an amine group (-NH2), both of which are used for organic reactions.
NPG is a mixture of Isobutyraldehyde and formaldehyde and is generally used to make polyester resin and polyurethane resin.
Applications
Powder coatings, unsaturated resin, urethane resin, alkyd resin, etc.
Epichlorohydrin (ECH)
Both an organic chlorine compound and an epoxide, ECH is a colorless liquid that has a garlic-like smell.
ECH can dissolve in water but mix well with most polar organic solvents.
Applications
Raw material for epoxy resin, strength agents, water treatment agents, etc.
Bisphenol -A (BPA)
Produced by the condensation reaction of phenol and acetone, BPA reacts with phosgene under two-phase condition to create polycarbonates and is generally used to make plastic.

Nitric Acid

Ammonium Nitrate
A salt produced by the reaction of nitric acid and ammonia, ammonium nitrate is an odorless, colorless rhombic crystal that appears almost white.

Explosives (ANFO) and fertilizers, raw material for gunpowder, coolants, semiconductor cleaning, and raw material medical anesthetic gases
Plasticizers
A plasticizer or dispersant is an additive that increases the plasticity or fluidity of a material.
Plasticizers are mainly used for plastic and can also improve the physical properties of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) concrete, clay, and related products when mixed with them.

Dimethyl Terephthalate (DMT)
Produced by the esterification of terephthalic acid.
DMT is used in various applications, including film, fiber, engineering plastic, adhesives, and the synthesis of PET and PBT.
